So many exciting updates to share!
I will be keeping this brief. I think. Really, I’ve got a few key updates that I want to throw out there that we’re really excited about here at The Mamasaur. While I haven’t been writing as frequently lately, we have been WORKING. Brainstorming content, editing videos, writing books…
But wait! There’s more!
I’ll go ahead and address the three MAIN updates worth highlighting:
Lights, Camera, Action
I’m finally ready to embrace a new medium and reach a wider audience. I now have a YouTube channel! Mainly starting with product review videos, showcasing my adorable Irish twins enjoying some useful toys and tools we can confidently recommend.
Check it out now, and by all means, hit that subscribe button!
Published Parent Updates
ICYMI, Nathan and I have published a parent’s guide to understanding AI and navigating conversations about AI with your children. A useful tool to undercut any anxiety you may feel about your child’s future in a technologically-advanced world that’s advancing RAPIDLY.
Our guide can help catch you up on any foggy fundamentals about AI that you may be unaware of, what these advancements can mean for your child’s future, and how to journey forth empowered with knowledge instead of crippled by fear. Check it out on Amazon now.
And for the busiest of parents, our guide is also now available on Audible, thanks to Stacey Glemboski for providing narration.
It’s CRUNCH Time!
Last, but not least, on this important list of Mamasaur updates…
It is CRUNCH time, BIG time at Survios right now. Nathan, who works full-time from home as a senior animator for Survios game studio is working hard on its latest project:
Available to Wishlist now, this major title is anticipated to be released just in time for the 2024 holiday season. We couldn’t be more excited; however, it also means that we couldn’t possibly be any more busy over here!
Content creation and site updates, as a result, may be slowed over the next couple of months as we’re riding the crunch wave (and holding on for dear life)! But, my friends, it will all be worth it!
A legit, survival-horror game inspired by the ALIEN franchise being released to VR platforms. Bringing renewed, first-person life to the sci-fi horror genre… What’s not to be totally excited about?
This title will be available for the Meta Quest 3, the PlayStation VR 2, and Steam VR, but we’re definitely partial to the Meta Quest 3 in the Mamasaur household. Make sure to read our Meta Quest 3 write-up review, and order yours in time for this new, scary-good addition to the ALIEN franchise.
A Lifetime Channel
Just typical life updates to contend with as well…
We’re working out five times a week, diving hard into macro tracking and resistance training. Staying physically fit and active, modeling lifetime fitness and wellness to our kids. I’m working out hard mentally as well, staying committed to therapy and C-PTSD work.
Orson has FINALLY pooped in the potty, and we’re trying to ride the momentum of that. Even though it hasn’t happened since. At least we know he CAN now.
Nova got her very first haircut (I’m not crying…). Life goes on. Life moves on. It leaves us behind at an exponential rate, and we’re just pantomiming the keep-up.
The best we can do is say that we are still here. We are still working. We are creating something new and taking new steps. Life is hard and we are in full-on survival mode, but we are still here. And still working.
But in saying that, we are also still trying to find balance in the work that we’re doing.
Bringing high-quality content, a strong Mamasaur brand with solid recommendations and side projects that we are so excited to share with you. So, stay tuned!
