Just for "Shots" and Giggles...

One of my delicious, boozy experiments.

Equipment

  • 1 Stand Mixer with Whisk Attachment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 T granulated caramel
  • 2 T vodka
  • 50 mL Black Irish Salted Caramel Liqueur
  • tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Chill the mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for at least 15 minutes. I recommend chilling the vodka in the freezer as well.
  • Blitz the granulated caramel/toasted sugar in a food processor until powdery fine.
  • Whisk the heavy cream on high speed until soft peaks form.
  • Add the alcohol, powdered caramel, and salt.
  • Whisk until all ingredients are well incorporated and desired consistency/stiffness is reached. Enjoy!
