One of my delicious, boozy experiments.

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 T granulated caramel
- 2 T vodka
- 50 mL Black Irish Salted Caramel Liqueur
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
Chill the mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for at least 15 minutes. I recommend chilling the vodka in the freezer as well.
Blitz the granulated caramel/toasted sugar in a food processor until powdery fine.
Whisk the heavy cream on high speed until soft peaks form.
Add the alcohol, powdered caramel, and salt.
Whisk until all ingredients are well incorporated and desired consistency/stiffness is reached. Enjoy!
