Healthy Banana Protein Pancakes

These easy pancakes taste great, are gluten free, and can give you a nice little protein boost in the morning!

- 3 cup Whole Oats
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- .5 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 4-5 Bananas
- .75 cup Flavorless Whey Powder (Optional)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Put dry ingredients into a blender and pulse for 10-15 seconds.
Add wet ingredients and blend for 30 seconds
Put half a tablespoon of olive oil in a 12 in skillet (or griddle) over medium heat (about 350F). Use a paper towel to spread the oil evenly around the pan. As you cook you can add more oil as needed
Pour four inch circles and wait for bubbles to form on pancake surface.
Flip and cook until edges are dry.
Enjoy with whatever toppings you wish!
