These Sleep Gummies Are a Knockout

Melatonin-free, clean sleep gummies to help your kids finally catch some Zzz’s…

I’ll keep this short and sweet so that you can grab some of these sleep gummies for your kids to try ASAP. We are no strangers to sleep struggles in this house. It seems like we haven’t had a decent night of sleep since Nova was born.

Multiple nighttime wakings between Orson and Nova when they set each other off. Midnight potty visits and requests for “lil sips in the lil cup”… For context, I have a tiny, plastic shot glass in their bathroom to keep the nocturnal thirst quenching to a minimum. So we don’t have even more trips to the potty with which to contend.

Try as we might, as controlled as we keep the bedtime routine, even at 3 and 4-years-old, most nights deliver multiple sleep interruptions. We’ve tried a lot of solutions

Warm milk about an hour before bed and/or some Sleepytime tea. Olly Chillax gummies or Lil’ Critters melatonin-free gummies to help our kids sleep. Even Hiya sleep supplements, but I don’t want to be locked in a subscription for something that wasn’t that effective.

We’re a No Melatonin Zone, but don’t think I didn’t feel desperate enough to consider that route from time to time…

That being said, the Lil’ Critters gummies helped a little, but it was more of a “we notice when they don’t take them that bedtime is harder”. Even with these sleep gummies on board, our kids still didn’t sleep through the night. They just went to sleep a little faster than without.

Until we ran out, anyway, and I couldn’t find the melatonin-free gummies anywhere to reorder…

LiliCare Sleep Gummies for Kids

Fortunately, I happened upon these kids sleep gummies, forgoing any compromise on my position against melatonin supplementation.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but I was in for a shock. All of the ingredients listed were safe. The main ingredients: magnesium glycinate, vitamins B6 and D3, calcium, a little sodium… And for sleep support? Chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, and L-theanine. Like I said, nothing that stood out as sus.

These kids sleep gummies are sweetened with Stevia (which we don’t love, but at least it’s plant-based), and they’re free from artificial colors and flavors. Alright, let’s give them a try.

Guys, I had no idea they would be so effective.

These gummies were delivered at about 4:20 PM (appropriate). We usually start the bedtime routine around 6-6:30 PM. We went out to the neighborhood swing set for a little while after supper, came back, and I gave them each only one gummy (even though Orson can technically have two per the listed serving size). It was about 5 PM at this point.

Again, they’ve taken sleep gummies in the past. Maybe it mellows them out a bit, but generally the gummies seem more like a placebo treat that Orson and Nova take with their multivitamins. I had no idea that these LiliCare sleep gummies would start crashing my kids within 15-20 minutes!

Lights Out

I’m not exaggerating. I checked the bottle multiple times after bedtime to make sure these gummies are actually safe because they kicked in so fast.

Within 20 minutes, my kids were rubbing their heavy eyes, yawning like crazy… It’s like no, wait, it’s not quite bedtime yet! They struggled through story time and teeth brushing, both succumbing to the drowsy thousand-yard stare…

Somehow, we made it till 6 PM. Nova told me to leave her room as soon as I got her tucked in, which is always her telltale sign she’s about to zonk out. Orson, who always requests a bedtime Bubbsi massage, was just about dozing off in the middle of it.

More than that, neither one of them lasted through their first Hatch story… A miracle for two kids who have an allowance of three stories per night and sometimes still request more. I was legitimately so shocked that I decided then and there to write this review ASAP. You’re welcome in advance.

The Morning After…

One other issue with the constant sleep disruptions is how grumpy the kids are first thing in the morning… Not to mention me. After using these kids sleep gummies, instead of waking to screams and tears and fighting, I awoke to giggles, boisterous squeals, and sibling camaraderie. I’ll call that a win.

Overall Review: LiliCare Kids Sleep Gummies

The night before had frequent, almost-every-half-hour interruptions at some points (like a newborn’s sleep schedule). The following night, when they took these gummies? One potty break each and a bad-dream call out from Nova. Seriously like night and day.

The LiliCare sleep gummies for kids are like nothing we’ve tried for Orson and Nova before in terms of effectiveness. So, pardon me while I wrap this up to go set up an Amazon subscription to make sure we always have some on hand. Five stars!

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Pleasant dreams to you and yours. Night-night!
